As a company you don’t always like to spy on your employees but there comes a time when you really need to know what they are doing in their working hours.
Our company discovered iMonitor EAM, an employee monitoring software that incredibly enabled us to track what our employees were up to on the internet.
We were so impressed with the program because it allowed us to monitor users on their computers, monitor activities from the internet. We can now see everything our employees are doing, anywhere and anytime with their computer, remote computer and even their work mobile spy.
We have found this program useful when employees are working away from the company, overseas or even from home. We can account for the exact amount of time they have worked and check it against their time sheet recordings and see if they are accurate.
We are able to view logs from any computer that we deploy with Anywhere Monitor on.
Plus, we can even open the remote camera and see their behaviour.
In this modern day and age when the internet is used so widely in the workplace we have found this to be very helpful.
We are able to check their emails, files, websites used for chat, facebook, twitter and even keystrokes used, screenshot applications, print jobs and more. What more does a company need to assist. Monitoring software in our company with iMonitor EAM has been remarkable and reasonably priced too.

A Large Problem in a Small Town Solved Thanks to iMonitor EAM!

Parkers Account Management TeamLocation: USAEmployees: 10We are a small town accounting agency who handles many local businesses and their financial information.

I discovered iMonitor EAM (Employee Activity Monitor) after an employee leaked out information about the financial situation of a client. I am not a person who wants to snoop around with what others are doing but considering that a very important client was now upset that I had allowed his information to go public, I knew I had to do something. I could not imagine that the person who leaked out the information would admit to it if I asked.
So, I installed the iMonitor EAM onto the computers in my office. I was shocked at what I discovered. My intention was never to fire someone, I just wanted to know what was going on while my back was turned or I was discussing very private information with a client behind closed doors.
What I discovered was an employee who was gambling while at work and another who spent her time chatting over a messenger when she should have been working to put information into the computer system. Needless to say, I was not a happy person but I still did not know who had leaked out the information. Until the iMonitor EAM looked into one employees gmail account and discovered that he had typed in personal information to it.
I then confronted the few employees that I have and told them that I had installed the program and I was not fond of what I had found. I explained that what they do on their home computer is one thing but it was not to be done while in my office. I went on to explain that information they were suppose to put into the system was not meant for public knowledge and that if I heard any more stories from other clients about a leak from my office, it would be dealt with.
Since then there is more work getting done and so far no more private information has been leaked from within my office. In fact, the one incident that we did have which began the whole process has fixed itself and I have been congratulated by other clients for respecting their privacy as much as we do in my office.
The only thing I can say is, “Thank you for providing an employee monitor that works so well even in my small hometown office.”

In a time when most businesses are equipped with computers at every desk, many of which have internet access, company managers must wonder what exactly their employees might be working on at any given time in their work day. Many employers worry about precious time and money being wasted by their workers who clock in and spend all day surfing the internet leisurely and messaging their friends rather than actually working on the projects at hand. That is why it is a very wise investment for many businesses to consider adding an employee monitoring system to their computers with the special software now available for doing exactly that.

Computer monitoring simply protects the investment a business is choosing to make by hiring the staff they have chosen. Also, making workers aware upon being hired that their computers will be monitored at all times will deter them from attempting to sneak around and work on things other than whatever their current assignments might be. Monitoring computers can also save a company worried about employees looking up illegal content online, and might make them aware of any workers who might be representing the company in a negative way when doing business deals.

With high tech keylogger software, a manager can literally monitor every keystroke a worker makes. This can be effective when attempting to monitor everything from documents being produced for meetings, to emails being written, to things like Facebook postings and anything being printed. Management could ideally use this software to see which of their employees are managing their own time the most efficiently, and who might be slacking off and need to be guided back on track. Employers who wish to view their employees at work may even use this software to access their individual computer cameras to view them being productive at their desks. It would be wise to make employees aware of this upfront to ensure that rather than feeling spied on, they simply feel like management is paying them the good attention they deserve as a member of the work team.

In recent studies it has been found that about 40% of a “productive” day in an office is spent checking office emails. That is over two hours out of an eight hour work day spent simply reading emails; so what do you employees do with the other six hours a day (excluding lunch), who knows. You can know now with some of the latest software in employee surveillance.

We are not talking about placing cameras in every cubicle in your office; but instead software especially designed to report to you, a small business owner, on exactly what websites your employees visit. It is impossible to see every screen in the office at every moment throughout the day; but with this software you can track key strokes, visited websites, and downloaded documents. Not only does this provide a report to you on the overall productivity of your office, but it also serves as a huge preventive measure whenever it comes to securing your company network and protecting your computer systems.

Avoiding costly repairs and fixes on the computer due to a virus is one thing, tracking to ensure your employee is not accidentally leaking sensitive company data over a social network, or unknowingly through spam email communication is another. Avoiding the loss of customer data can not only help build trust with your clients; but also avoid costly law suits that compromised data can cause.

Employee surveillance is becoming a necessity no matter the size of your office; there are simply too many risks in interacting with the internet from a secure office network that houses your private data, and your customer data. Ensuring that this data is secure and only accessible by those who are allowed access to it is vital. Whether you have to block websites to increase productivity, or simple audit a user on your network for security risks, this software will ensure you are well protected in the coming years from constantly evolving cyber threats.

This advanced system for employee surveillance will provide you with insight to your daily network usage as well; so is also a great way to measure individual employees on what they do whenever you are in your office. If you have someone on social media sites all day, chances are they are not working on the project due in a week. This software can start saving your company money from day one, and prevent costly network outages and personal information from being released to the wrong hands in the future.

Three Important Tools For Increasing Your Company’s Productivity

There is new software available in the world of business that is sure to promote healthy work practices among employees and to keep managers assured that all of their workers are staying on the right track. One important tool is file monitoring. With a proper file monitoring system, management can keep track of the security of their company’s private documents and make sure that workers are not sharing any confidential information with anyone outside of the workplace. With file monitoring, employers can also track messages being sent between workers to make sure that nothing inappropriate or offensive is being shared with anyone else in the office.

Another form of software that is beneficial to companies is one that provides employee surveillance. Too often businesses have blindly paid their employees for a full day’s work without truly knowing how much time was being wasted on the clock. It is common for employees to sometimes stray from their assigned tasks to talk with friends online or make multiple personal calls throughout the day, but knowing to what extent that is happening gives management a chance to address the issue if necessary for the good of the overall productivity of the company. For large businesses, many managers may not even see all of their employees in person on a daily basis. With employee surveillance software, they can monitor the actions of their employees regularly from the comfort of their offices or assign someone to oversee all of their workers activities.

A very important tool for businesses with the internet available to their workers is the ability to block website access for many different kinds of sites. Managers can block website access to social networking sites which are not needed for most employees to complete their work, but even more importantly, they can block sites with inappropriate or even illegal content. For a company to keep a great, upstanding reputation, this is a key factor in maintaining a safe and dignified work environment for everyone involved.

IMonitor EAM Is Perfect For Any Manager

The iMonitor EAM Employee Monitoring Software was something that we didn’t want to install at first because we didn’t see the need to monitor our employees. However, after we had a few issues with viruses on our computers, we decided it was time to clamp down and figure out where these viruses were coming from. We didn’t tell the employees that we had installed the software.

So, we looked at the information that we were getting and noticed that, because we could see everything that was going on, we could see every search, every TV show and every document that our employees were viewing. Yes, many people were doing their job for the majority of the day, but there were also people who were doing their work and then watching movies or TV on their computers. These illegal downloads were bringing random viruses into the network that we just couldn’t afford.

We never had to fire anyone, but we were able to mitigate any problems that we were having with our employees. Then, we decided to look at what was going on when our IT guy was working on the computers. We noticed that our IT guy was doing the reimaging of the computers and other items that needed to be done, but we could easily see that the IT guy was working more slowly than he should.

We had been spending thousands of dollars a month on IT services, and while we needed those repairs to be done, our IT guy was doing the jobs two to three times slower than they should have been done. With this evidence, we were able to get a refund on the extra hours we had paid for.

The iMonitor computer monitoring software saved us a great deal of trouble with our employees and contractors…thank you iMonitorSoft!

If you operate a large corporation or a small business it is vitally important that you are able to adequately track the activities of your employees when they are using the computer. By using employee monitoring software it is possible for you to successfully keep an eye on what your employees are doing any time that they are using the computer. Perhaps the most prolific use of employee monitoring software is designed to monitor the sites that employees visit online while using computers at their workstations. You can also set up the system to be notified so that employees are not wasting company time visiting various websites that they should be looking at on personal time. It allows you to ensure that employees are focused on work while they are being paid.

You can also use the software to track overall computer usage, allowing you to determine how many hours a given employee is spending on the computer. This may give you a better idea of overall employee productiveness. You can also track work hours using the system, eliminating the need to use a time clock and allowing you to incorporate several functions into one software system. Many business people often wonder if they should be monitoring what their employees are doing on the computer when they are not around. What your employees get up to online could be harmless, such as chatting on Facebook. It also could be that your employees actions online could be affecting your business in a negative way.

It is a shame that companies need to do this, however it may well be in your best interests to think about implementing employee monitoring software on your network. Spying on people does tend to leave a bad taste in our mouths, but if the person has nothing to hide and they are doing their job properly; then they really have nothing to worry about.

Many companies and Government departments are utilizing some form of employee monitoring software. In fact, in the US alone, about seventy-five percent of businesses have some form of monitoring on their office network.

You may think that employee monitoring is a waste of time because you trust your employees and you are confident that the people you have employed would not do anything untoward that would hurt your business. This may be true, but lost productivity due to your employees spending too much time on social networks chatting to friends, watching videos or sending around funny emails will cost your business. Perhaps not immediately; however over time lost productivity will see a drop in profits.

You might even have a legal problem to deal with due to an employee visiting questionable websites, such as pornographic sites. This could become public and hurt your business or someone else in your employ may take offense because they witnessed an employee looking at pornography and you might even be looking at a sexual harassment complaint. If it ends up a legal issue, this could definitely harm your business, especially if it is made public.

Another issue could be that your employees could be downloading viruses and Malware without realizing it and this will cost you in terms of technicians to come to your office to eradicate these computer viruses. Sometimes these bugs cannot be removed and you may have to replace your entire network of computers, so this is a good reason alone to consider employee monitoring software.

If you think that employee monitoring software is something that would benefit your business then you should get the ball rolling on implementing this into your office. It is recommended that you inform your employees of what you intend to do, as honesty is usually the best policy.
