What license size do I need to buy?
IMonitor EAM license size is based on the number of computers you are going to monitor, i.e. the number of computers where you install Agent in your organization. You will not be able to monitor more computers than the license size you purchase. For example if you want to monitor 25 computers, you need to purchase the '25 computers license', and if you want to monitor 28 computers, you need to purchase a 'base 25 computers license' and 3 'extra licenses'.

What happens after I purchase IMonitor EAM?
After you pay you will instantly receive your registration code and full version download link. Delivery is performed via email. In rare cases, it will take about 4 - 8hours.
Can I have the software with CD-Rom package?
Sorry currently we only provide our software via internet download, if you buy our software from our resellers, you can ask CD-Rom package from them.
Is there any hidden fees?
There is only one flat fee that you pay once and own the license for the product forever. There is no need to pay for subscription, tech support, etc.
Do I get technical support with my purchase?
As a registered user you get 1 year free technical support via email and Skype. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding our products.
How about the version upgrades?
We work on improving our software constantly. Product updates and fixes are available quite often. Registered users get all version upgrades for free during 1 year since purchase, and 50% discounts of the original price after 1 year free ungrades. We will email you upgrade information as soon as next version is released.
May I just buy one license of EAM software? And what min numbers of license I can buy?
Since our EAM software is design for business company, currently we don’t sell single license. For iMonitor EAM Standard version the min numbers of license can be bought is 3 licenses, and for iMonitor EAM Professional version the min numbers of license can be bought is 5 licenses.

How to place the order via Wire Transfer?
- You can E-mail us the your full contact information, and we will create an invoice with the bank info and sent it to you. Your contact information must include the below items,
