Customer: My Antivirus is attacking a file called Syscon. I'm assuming is this from imonitor?
iMonitor: What's the folder name?
Customer: C:\windows\system\sys\syscon
iMonitor: Please add it to the exclusion list.
Customer: This is the problem we had with Imonitor in the old version. Can you get me a list of all the exclusions?This is on my exclusion list.
iMonitor: In the 'Syscon' folder, please add mssys.exe, mssys64.exe to the exclusion list.
Customer: OK. These have been added. Thank you
