Install IMonitor Software with Microsoft Security Essentials
1. Please disable Microsoft Security Essentials.
2. Install IMonitor EAM agent.
3. Enable Microsoft Security Essentials.
3. Add agent program folder into the exception list.
Folder: C:\windows\system32\drivers\imonagent\
4. Add the agent process into the exception list.
Process: C:\windows\system32\drivers\imonagent\eamservice.exe
5. After EAM agent program quarantined by Microsoft Security Essentials, goto history tab, select it and click 'Restore' button.
