1.Install Mac Agent

1.1 Sign up an account
Please Click here to sign up with your Email address first.
1.2 Sign in
After sign-up, please click here to log in the iMonitor Keylogger Pro web console.

1.3 Download agent program

1.4 Install the agent software

The target Mac system version must be 10.8 or newer, if not, please update your Mac firstly.

Download and run the Agent installer, then click conntinue to go on.

If your Mac does not allow you to install this APP, please view How to allowing Third Party Applications to Install on a MacBook

Click "Install" to install the agent program.

Input your password to continue the installation.

Then click "Countinue Installation".

Click "Restart" to finish the installation.

2. Connect to iMonitor Server

After computer restart, the settings window will popup, input your account login information and click button "Install & Run".

3.Monitoring scene photo

Easy to use. Whether you're in the office or at home, or taking a public transport, you will be able to monitor the devices that you want to monitor as long as your computer or mobile phone can connect to the internet. The monitored devices can be a computer (including Windows and Mac), an Android phone or a tablet.

4.Tech FAQ

4.1 I don't know how to install the iMonitor Mac Keylogger agent program,can you help me to install it?
If you have purchased a license, we can help you to install the iMonitor agent program via remote desktop tool, please feel free to contact us.

4.2 How long will the logs be stored on the server? Any limitation for data size?
The logs will be stored for 7 days. If you want to extend use time, please contact us. And there is no data size limitation.

4.3 Is the agent program running in stealth mode, will the user find it?
Yes, iMonitor Keylogger Pro agent program works in totally stealth mode with out any message & window popups, and protected by your iMonitor Web Console account password.

4.4 How long is the synchronization interval?
Commonly it is 1-2 minutes, but due to internet connection situation it might be postponed sometimes.
