How to change the computer name in the EAM console

How to change the agent PC name in the EAM console?

1. Double click the target user to open agent setting window.

2. Edit the new computer name in the 'Contact name'.

3. Tick 'Deploy the settings to the current agent'.

4. Click 'Deploy' to finish this configuration.

5. Close this window, and refresh EAM agent list.
