如何直接查看客户端截图

1.打开管理端，右键单击需要查看的用户

2.在弹出的页面中选中“打开数据库文件夹”

3.点击“screen”即可直接查看客户端截图

注意：此方法仅在iMonitor EAM服务器端电脑上有效。
