IMonitor EAM is an application for real time remote computer monitoring and content filting, and for employees' work time tracking. It allows you to invisibly monitor your entire network from one contralized position, such as email, instant message, keystrokes, print Jobs, FTP file transfer, websites visited, applications used.
Remote monitoring is a very advanced tecnology applied in our IMonitor EAM. It makes remote monitoring and control possible. Additionally, the client component can also be installed remotely and you just need to know the IP and administrator password of the remote computer.
Remote installation
Would you like to be able to monitor your entire network from one central location without having to install client part on any of the computers?
IMonitor EAM is unique because You do not have to use the users' computer to install the client part on their computers. You only need a username and password for the computer. You can have IMonitor EAM set up and monitor your entire network in minutes and moreover IMonitor EAM's monitoring is totally undetectable by users.
IMonitor EAM comes bundled with remote install ability. With this ability remote install files can be created and sent to your remote PC’s. Click agent management then click intall agent. Input your known IP address and administrator name and password of the remote computer. Then the operation is finished. Without any evidence, the client part has been installed to the remote computer stealthily.
Remote monitoring
IMonitor EAM captures remote computer screenshots at preset interval. Further more, you can view live remote screen. Other operations like open remote folder, send message to remote users, restart, turn off, lock and log off remote computer are all available.
Remote control
IMonitor EAM can take control of users' mouse and keyboard. With this function, actually EAM totally control users' computer. You can use the mouse of server computer to do anything on the users' computer. For example, you can open any user's email, view the content, delete the mail, resend the mail and even edit the email with your keyboard.

The operation process: click Remote Desktop, select a user, click Remote Desktop Viewer, right click on the window of Remote Desktop Viewer, click take control. Then you have taken control of the user's mouse and keyboard.
